Dear Fellow Engineers, Thank you for voting! We are here together to make our profession relevant and better for all of us. I think it is time to change and look into modern governance of PEO. We do not need to see the same old again. Agree? How do we that? We need to elect candidates that will enhance the relevance and regulation of our profession. My vision is to: Contribute to the voice of PEO. B ring PEO’s relevance by engauging our chapters and membership in a dialogue that enforces regulation and give PEO more transparency within industry of when engineering work is being done. Attract Engineers from industry, engineering graduates, and woman engineers to strengthen our membership. Work with the Government to enhance importance, for engineers and PEO, to be involved in public policy. Bring diversity of people to volunteer in our profession. Thank you for your support! PEO Council Elections - Western Regional Councillor
Happy New Year! I wish you have a successful and prosperous year! A bit about me, this fall I decided to run for PEO Western Regional Councillor and I am very excited about this. I have over two decades of engineering experience in industry in South Western Ontario. I worked for General Dynamics, Locomotive, Siemens, Valeo, and True North Molds. I have a demonstrated record of successfully managing large defence and automotive projects through design and production phases. I've been licensed Profession Engineer since 2000. My involvement with PEO started in 2005 with London Chapter of Professional Engineers. I served as Chapter Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary, and created and chaired several outreach committees including Mathletics, Woman in Engineering and GLP.
