PEO Council Elections - Western Regional Councillor
Happy New Year! I wish you have a successful and prosperous year!
A bit about me, this fall I decided to run for PEO Western Regional Councillor and I am very excited about this. I have over two decades of engineering experience in industry in South Western Ontario. I worked for General Dynamics, Locomotive, Siemens, Valeo, and True North Molds. I have a demonstrated record of successfully managing large defence and automotive projects through design and production phases.
I've been licensed Profession Engineer since 2000.
My involvement with PEO started in 2005 with London Chapter of Professional Engineers. I served as Chapter Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary, and created and chaired several outreach committees including Mathletics, Woman in Engineering and GLP.
As recognition, I was inducted in 2018 PEO Order of Honour https://youtu.be/ZW-Zmz3NHMc
I look forward to contributing to our great profession by serving on Council and committees by connecting industry experience and PEO governance.
